HDMS started out as an engineering firm, and that grounding still shapes how we work. We design, supply, install and maintain dental and medical equipment – and the people advising you are the same people who service it.
From our Galway base we work with practices across Ireland, from single-surgery fit-outs to multi-surgery clinics, and stay involved long after handover.

We plan the surgery around how you actually work – equipment placement, services, and workflow agreed before anything is ordered.
Supply and installation of dental, podiatry, aesthetic and physiotherapy equipment from leading manufacturers, installed and commissioned by our own engineers.
Preventative maintenance and repairs across all major brands. Large equipment is serviced on site; smaller items come into our workshop.
Full interior design and fit-out planning in collaboration with Noirin Brady Interiors, coordinated with your equipment plan from day one.
